Bainbridge Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time reliable, hard-working, competent and dedicated Prep Cook to perform the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal, and some catering events as scheduled.
Salary range : $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Assist in maintaining kitchen records, recipe books, inventory, ordering, menu sheets, prep sheets and forecast of food requirements;
- Interact and work well with all management, staff, and residents in a respectful, friendly, courteous, and professional manner;
- Ensure all residents and guests are served in a friendly, fast, efficient, and professional manner
- Willing to perform cleanup before, after, and in between meals;
- Respond and perform well to quickly changing kitchen requirements and priorities with a polite, compassionate, and friendly attitude and behavior;
- Organized and self-motivated;
- Knowledge of à-la-carte style cooking;
- Give and take direction, speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location;
- Ability to work hours that are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends, and holidays;
- Provide your own black pants and shoes. We provide chef jacket and black apron.
- Must have a valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit.
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
